Are You Struggling To Create A Routine?
Here Are Five Ways to Improve Your Flow.
Here is something we all relate to…
We create consistencies in life that can give us a feeling of flow. And that flow is like a winding river, with slow sections, fast sections, rapids, and rocks.

All the things that change our flow.
Understanding that and knowing there will be obstacles that impact the flow of your day is important to remember.
Flow can be challenging; you have to work at it to be better every day.
Even when you focus on flow, disruptions will always occur, and your ability to navigate them truly gets you back into a flow state.
External factors are often the most significant shifts to your flow. But learning to "be like water" and adapt, go around, be relentless, cleanse, and keep going will put you on your way to your end goal and destination.
For me, my flow gets disrupted when I'm not in synchronicity with my typical day-to-day.
It's a champagne problem, but a great example of this is coming back from vacation and working to get back my "hustle flow" from my "vacay flow."
This is what my “Vacay Flow” looks like.
These two situations (vacation and work) intrigue me since I firmly believe both are necessary to maintain a strong "river."
I've found that adding an extra day to the end of a trip is a game-changer for refocusing and finding momentum to get back into it.
But the day-to-day will always challenge us, our natural state will be disturbed, and at some point, I bet you'll need to get back to flow.
So here are the five tactics I use to keep myself "in the zone."
Breaking goals into digestible chunks– reduce the rapids by making your river more manageable.
Embrace the challenges– Sometimes, it's more beneficial to float through the obstacles instead of avoiding them. You will learn a lot about yourself.
Minimize distractions– Don't disrupt your flow with outsidistractions; it will slow you down and steal your energy.
Prioritize your tasks– No one wants to overcome the biggest obstacle after a hard day's work. Take on the challenges first.
Find your optimal environment– Only you know what is best for you; if you work best in silence, don't deprive yourself of that.
Let this be a lesson to all you hustlers out there.
Find your flow, be like water, and maintain a strong river.
